The communication should include the following information: User’s full name, purpose of the request, address, and supporting data.

The exercise of rights must be done by the User themselves. However, it may be carried out by an authorized person as the User’s legal representative, providing documentation proving such representation.

The information provided by the User will, in any case, be considered confidential and may not be used for purposes other than those described here. “Valper desechables S.L” undertakes not to disclose or reveal information about the User’s requests, the reasons for the advice sought, or the duration of the relationship with them.
