Company
Disposable towel factory
We are dedicated to the manufacture of disposable towels, intended for professional use in different sectors, healthcare, beauty, sports, etc.

Primary materials
100% developed in Europe. The process begins with the acquisition of the necessary primary materials. Common materials used in the manufacture of disposable towels include wood pulp, polypropylene, polyethylene, and cellulose. These materials are selected for their absorbency, softness and resistance.

Preparation of the pulp
Wood pulp is broken down into a paste through chemical and mechanical processes. It is then blanched and washed to remove impurities and obtain a high-quality pulp.

Leaf formation
The pulp is mixed with water to form a slurry and poured onto a rotating screen or conveyor belt, where the water is drained and a uniform sheet is formed. This sheet can be multi-layered, which improves absorbency and softness.

Drying process
The wet leaves are passed through dryers where excess moisture is removed. This can be done using hot air or heated rollers.

Unión de capas
Union of layers

Cutting and folding
The sheet of material is cut into individual sheets and folded to the desired size and style. This can be done using specialized machinery.

100% developed in Europe
Our products are 100% developed in Europe and by European companies, starting with the raw material, continuing with the transformation of that material and ending with transportation. Even everything necessary for packaging (bags, boxes, seals, pallets, etc.) and of course all the machinery.
Professional Use
We are dedicated to the manufacture of disposable towels, intended for professional use in different sectors, healthcare, beauty, sports, etc.
Maximum hygiene
The system guarantees maximum hygiene, since during the entire process it does not receive contamination of any kind.
spunlace technology
We are specialized in the manipulation of non-woven fabric with spunlace technology, which consists of intertwining fibers with each other through the use of multiple jets of high-pressure water, when directed in an orderly manner, they give rise to the fabric with which we make our towels.
Minimal impact on the environment
The technology we use is focused on reducing the impact on the environment as much as possible, ensuring that the waste generated during the entire manufacturing and handling process is below 0.01%.
